Package Description:
The Q-MAC HF-90 Portable Base
Station Package is a portable HF SSB radio communication system,
incorporating the Q-MAC HF-90 Transceiver. This package is designed for
applications where the operator requires reliable long distance
communications in a compact portable format. It is simple to use and
fully self contained, incorporating its own rechargeable battery system
and a simple roll-out antenna for rapid deployment
Package Includes:
Q-MAC HF-90 Transceiver c/w fist mic.
Q-MAC Portable Broadband Antenna - end-fed roll-out
type, 2-30MHz, made from plastic-coated wire (insulated), c/w
deployment accessories. Supplied on shuttle for easy deployment/storage.
Q-MAC Rechargeable Battery - sealed lead acid gel,
7Ah, c/w power cable and connector for charging devices, plus battery
condition monitor.
Q-MAC Hard Carry Case - Weatherproof floatable case,
c/w reinforced compartments to house HF-90 and accessories. Supplied
with separate speaker rivetted under lid (which includes audio mute
facility).
Total weight of package supplied in case is
approximately 8kg.
